Up for grabs is a Rolex Date
1514 reference in 18kt yellow gold
2.8 serial number circa 1970 production
Excellent vintage condition with no dings or dents. Thick and even lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
Dial is original, white with painted Roman numerals and applied markers and coronet. All tritium plots are intact and matching patina of the hands. Correct date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Bracelet is a Rolex Swiss rivet 7205 with 57 ends. Fully linked and is in very good vintage condition. Stamped ’72 on clasp, which is appropriate for watches from this period to have bracelets couple years new from factory. The bracelet has been high polished.
Caseback is original, stamped 1503 and 18kt.
No box or papers. No documented service history.
