2.8 mil serial number circa 1970
Excellent vintage condition with no dings or dents. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and very crisp. Nice crown guards and original twin-lock crown. Thick and even lugs throughout.
Dial is flawless MK4 red with eggshell patina. All tritium is fully intact. Hands have been replaced during past service and still glow in dark. Date disk with open 6’s and 9’s. No scratching, chipping, or other damage to the dial. Any imperfection you see in pictures are on crystal.
Caseback is excellent stamped 1680 and IV.70
Comes on unworn vintage brown leather strap with steel Rolex buckle.
No box or papers. No documented service history. Winds and runs smooth and well.
