145.022 reference “pre-moon” transitional with caliber 861 movement
305863XX serial number circa late 1969
Excellent vintage condition case with defined edges and good finish. No corrosion or pitting anywhere.
Caseback is excellent. Still has factory finish on back with crisp Seamonster. Stamped 145.022 – 69
Dial is excellent step, tritium. No longer glows in dark. Hands appear to be original.
Bezel is original dot over 90. Excellent overall condition with damage at 110 marker as seen in pics.
Comes on vintage brown leather strap with steel buckle.
Based on evidence from caseback, watch has had very recent service. It runs well and chrono runs and resets as should. No documentation was provided.
