Up for grabs is an Omega Speedmaster Professional
Backstory to the watch: It was very recently acquired by me from original owner’s brother who has found it and another watch (a 60’s Heuer Chrono Valjoux 72) while going though his estate. Watch has spent plenty of time in South America and Mexico while for work.
145.012 Pre-Moon with Cal. 321 movement
265450XX serial number circa 1967
Excellent vintage condition with no corrosion or pitting. Very nice, defined lugs. Original pushers and skinny logo crown
Superb Applied logo dial that has aged to a very uniform, chocolate brown dial. Pictures do very little justice to the watch. Absolutely gorgeous in person. Plots have aged to a nice yellow patina. Crystal is original hesalite with Omega logo in center.
Excellent vintage condition original Dot Over 90 Bezel shows very little wear and no damage.
Caseback is in excellent vintage condition with crisp Seamonster on back and 145.012 – 67 stamp inside.
Comes on vintage leather strap with steel buckle (put on by me).
No service history is known. The chrono runs, but resets a few seconds off 12 and will need to be adjusted. Runs winds smoothly and runs well, but please understand I did not have it serviced and it may need one sooner or later.
