SOLD 1960 Omega Seamaster “Railmaster” 2914-5 Pakistan Air Force (PAF) w/ Archives

Up for grabs is an Omega Railmaster issued to Pakistanian Air Force

2914-5 reference

175270XX serial number circa 1960 production

This is a military issued “Railmaster” with correct Seamaster radium dial. The movement and caseback are both engraved with P.A.F. for Pakistan Air Force as well as the serial number.

The Omega Extract of Archives are included to confirm authenticity. Please note the important and less common note in Archives stating the watch has been delivered to Pakistani Air Force, not just Pakistan. You will see some of these watches have such more generic notation. 

The watch is in excellent vintage condition. It shows wear and obviously has had wrist time. There are no major dings, dents, corrosion or pitting. 

Dial is original, radium with SWISS MADE on bottom. Luminous plots have aged to a dark brown color. There are no major signs of wear on the dial. Hands have aged to a dark color patina and are correct broad arrow. 

Crystal is original Omega with logo in center. 

Caseback is original, correct and matching. Stamped P.A.F and serial number on outside and 2914-5 inside. 

Movement is original, correct for military watch and stamped P.A.F. with matching serial number. 

Watch comes with Omega Extract of Archives, letter from Omega, and folder. No other boxes, accessories or paperwork. It is not known as to previous owner identity or history.
