1973 Omega Speedmater Moonwatch 145.022 Step Dial, 1039 Bracelet

Up for grabs is an Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch

145.022 reference

328523XX serial number circa 1973 production

Excellent condition with light signs of wear. No major dings or dents. The case is sharp and corrosion free. Appears to be unpolished and only shows wear from being used. 

Dial is original, tritium and step. The tritium has nice patina from age with  matching hands. Dial is damage free. 

Very attractive “ghost” faded bezel insert. 

Chrono runs and resets as should. 

Bracelet is an Omega 1039 with 516’s and fits about a 7.5″ wrist. The bracelet is believe to be original to this watch. 

Caseback is excellent and correct stamped 145022 – 71. The serial number is correctly within range for this exact reference. 

Watch doesn’t come with box or papers. No documented service history but currently runs at about -15 seconds a day with ~260 amplitude.
