Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner in steel
1680 reference
2.09 mil serial number circa 1969 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible. No corrosion or pitting.
Dial is original MK1 Meters First in flawless condition without chips, scratches or marks. Nice creamy patina on plots and original tritium hands. Date disk is original with open 6’s and 9’s.
Bezel insert is original fat font with matching tritium pearl to the dial.
Caseback is original, stamped 1680 and II.69 inside. Outside has a Rolex caseback sticker that shows wear and aging.
Bracelet is newer Rolex 93150 with 580 ends, diver’s extension and light stretch from use.
No box or papers. No documented service history.
