Up for grabs is a Tudor Submariner No-Date
7016/0 reference
625,XXX serial number circa 1968 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact. Original twin-lock Rolex crown.
Dial is original, blue “Snowflake” with dark yellow/orange patina. The dial show no man-made damage in terms of chips, scratches, drag marks, or tool marks. As it was typical of this time-period, the texture of the dial shows up as “bubbled” from natural aging. The hands are original, but relumed to match the dial as the watch was found with lume missing from the hands in parts.
Bezel insert is a nicely “ghost” faded blue with fat font.
Caseback is original.
Watch comes unworn vintage leather strap with steel buckle. No box or papers.
