1967 Rolex Submariner 5513 Meters First Chocolate Milkshake Dial

Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner No-date

5513 reference

1.6 mil serial number circa 1967 production

Excellent vintage condition case without major dings or dents. Original chamfers are clearly visible on lugs. Thick crown guards. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible. 

Dial is original, Meter First, has aged to a pale brown color, like a chocolate milkshake. Most of the luminous on plots is gone. There is no chipping or bubbling on dial and print is clearly visible. No refinish. Hands’ luminous has very light patina and matching to the dial. 

The bezel insert is newer, has aged to a very uniform and even brown town. 

Bracelet is a Rolex USA rivet C&I stamped ’67

Caseback is original, stamped 5513 and dated II.67
