Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner
6536/1 reference
112,3XX serial number circa 1955
Excellent vintage condition case is early “Brevet +” with original chamfers on lugs. Serial and reference numbers are still clearly visible and fully intact.
The dial is a tritium service replacement with orange patina and silver depth rating. There is some oil residue/drags as you can see in some of the picture under certain angle.
Bezel insert is service replacement.
Caseback is stamped 6536 (without the 1) and dated IV.55.
Movement is original Cal. 1030 and winds and runs fine.
Watch comes on unworn leather strap with steel buckle.
