Up for grabs is a Rolex Explorer I

Reference 1016

902,XXX serial number circa 1963 production

Excellent vintage condition case with even and thick lugs. Clear numbers between the lugs.

Dial is original, chapter ring Gilt with Exclamation. Lume is original. Part of the dial has turned brown. No relumed, no refinish. Hands are original.

Bracelet is a spring loaded stretch link Swiss rivet with 58 ends. Dated in 1962.

Caseback is original, stamped 1016 inside and dated 63
