Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner Small Crown

Reference 6536/1

229,XXX serial number circa early 1957 production

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Clear numbers between the lugs.

Dial is amazing 4-line gilt with radium plots. “Marbled” aging dial surface, orange patina on marker sand original gilt hands with big bubble Seconds hand. Very attractive.

Bezel insert is a small triangle “no-hash”

Caseback is original, stamped 6536/1 inside and dated I.57

Bracelet is slightly later Rolex 7206 with 64 ends and 1968 date on clasp.
