1996 Rolex Day-Date ref. 18238 “Pave Diamond and MOP Dial, B&P, Top Condition”

Up for grabs is a Rolex Day-Date in 18kt yellow gold

Reference 18238 with 36mm case, double-quick set.

T serial number circa 1996 production. According to the warranty papers, the watch wasn’t purchased new until October of 1998.

Superb vintage condition with very well preserved case and bracelet. Clearly unpolished. Very clear numbers between the lugs without any wear from the bracelet. Rosy patina throughout the case and bracelet from a lack of polishing and cleaning.

The dial is original and very rare diamond pave with mother of pearl and Roman numerals filled with black enamel. Original hands with black enamel.

Clearly unpolished caseback.

Original President bracelet with full links, no stretch, correct V date code.

The watch comes with original Rolex boxes with 18238 sticker, belt buckle President inner box, Rolex note book, original punched papers.

Top condition, with extremely rare dial and papers.
