2002 Rolex Sea-Dweller ref. 16600 “Unpolished, Complete Set”

Up for grabs is a Rolex Sea-Dweller

Y serial number circa 2002 production. Papers are dated in 2003 at time of purchase.

The watch is clearly unpolished with factory finishes and a fresh find with plenty of dirt and gunk in crevices and between the lugs. Numbers are legible and fully intact.

Why do I leave it like that and photograph the watch the way it was found? Well, one can polish a watch to make it look like it was not polished before, you can fix dings and dents with laser, you can do many things to make the watch look “new and shiny”. But all those things require cleaning the gunk off. The gunk and dirt and dust you can’t recreate to mask repairs or polish. Its easy to clean it with a brush, but i want you to see the watch exactly as its found and so that there is no doubts about condition.

The crystal is damage-free. Caseback is unpolished and still has all of its enamel there.

Original Rolex 93160 with correct DT date code, 12 links total, very light stretch from use.

This one comes very complete with Rolex boxes, all manuals, matching hang tags, warranty papers, unused Rolex polishing cloth, the original and correct 4000ft Rolex anchor, the Sea-Dweller tool kit (missing the extension link) with tool and table.
