1964 Rolex DateJust ref. 1603 Silver Dial, Dauphine Hands

Up for grabs is a Rolex DateJust in steel

Reference 1603 with 36mm case

1.16 mil serial number circa 1964 production

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and sharp lugs. Legible numbers.

Dial is original, swiss only with orange patina. Hands are original with some oxidation from age. No relume, no refinish. Date disk is newer, white, with closed 6’s and 9’s.

Caseback is original, previously polished. Inside is dated ’64

Bracelet is a Rolex folded link Jubilee with 55 ends and ’63 date stamp on clasp. The bracelet has enough links to fit about a 7.5″ wrist.
