Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner No-Date
Reference 5513 with 40mm case, acrylic crystal.
9.7 mil serial number circa 1987 production. A glossy dial is period correct for this watch, but of course it would still be tritium during this time.
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs and crown guards showing chamfers still. Legible numbers.
The dial is glossy, “swiss” only service luminova without any spidering or matting. It still glows in the dark after being exposed to intense light. The hands, however, are tritium and probably original to the watch. My guess is that a previous owner wanted to “upgrade” the dial so it still glows through independent watchmaker or replace the “spidered” dial as they often are during this time period.
The bezel insert also appears original with correct fonts and tritium pearl.
The bracelet is a Rolex 93150 with 11 links, 593 ends, and DT date code. Tight condition. The clasp has protective tape on it to prevent scratches. This neither adds nor subtracts from monetary value, but I will leave it up to you if you want to peel it off.
No box or papers.
