3445 J reference, 35mm, automatic, with screw-in caseback

Based on serial numbers, the watch was produced somewhere in the late 1960’s.

Excellent vintage condition case with defined lugs and case.

Dial is original, champagne in amazing condition.

Patek winding crown.

Caseback is original, inside is stamped clearly with serial and reference numbers.

Watch comes on a generic strap with generic buckle.

No box or papers. No documented service history. The watch winds smoothly, runs well.
