1969 Rolex DateJust ref. 1601 “Cream Buckley Dial”

Up for grabs is a Rolex DateJust

Reference 1601 with 36mm case

2.1 mil serial number circa 1969 production

Excellent vintage condition case with thick lugs and fully legible numbers.

The dial is original white Buckley with painted Roman numerals and black hands. The dial shows a distressed look with cream color from aging, stain on upper portion of the dial and some chips/marks.

The caseback is original, stamped 1601 and dated ’69.

The bracelet is a Rolex 62510 with moderate stretch from use, G date code, 555 ends.
