Reference 16760 so-called “Fat Lady”

R8 serial number circa 1988 production

Excellent vintage condition case without any major dings or dents. The chamfers appear to be factory, but I do believe it was touched up before with a light polish. fully legible numbers (ignore the gunk between the lugs, itill be cleaned up, this is a fresh to market piece).

Caseback sticker is still partially intact.

Dial is original, with cream patina on plots and hands. The dial shows typical fat lady aging on lacquer, but unlike many of these, this dial is original not service replacement.

The bracelet is a Rolex 78360 in tight condition with 12 links, M date code, 501 ends.

Original and correct Coke insert in excellent condition.

No box or papers. No service history. The watch winds smoothly and runs at -2 seconds with ~250 amplitude.
