Up for grabs is a Ludovic Ballouard watch
Ballouard eventually came up with his own ingenious mechanism – the Upside Down, inventing a unique way of telling time where the 12-hour indication consists of rotating discs, which are all displayed upside down except for the correct hour, and denoted by a small dot that only becomes visible when right side up. At the top of the hour, the old hour passes and returns to the upside-down position, while the new hour is rotated 180 degrees.
Caliber B01 is Ludovic’s in-house and patented mechanism. It is proudly displayed through a sapphire back crystal.
This particular version is in 18k rose(red) gold with a very attractive matte black, textured dial featuring Breguet style rose gold numerals.
The case on these watches measures 41mm x 11mm. This particular is in excellent condition without major signs of wear or dings/dents.
The watch comes on a black leather strap with a patented LB rose gold buckle.
Also, it is accompanied by oriignal LB box and original sales invoice, as well as a service record.
