Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner “No crown Guards”
5508 reference
400,XXX serial number circa late 1958 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and beveled lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible. No corrosion or pitting.
Dial is a tritium service replacement with glossy finish. Flawless dial without damage or spidering. Nice cream patina on all plots and tritium hands. No relume and no refinish.
Caseback is original, stamped 5508 and III.1958 inside with multiple RSC marks.
Watch comes on unworn vintage leather strap with steel buckle.
No box or papers.
