Up for grabs is a Rolex DateJust in steel
6605 reference, automatic, 36mm, cal. 1066 movement
459,XXX serial number circa 1959 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible. No corrosion or pitting.
Dial is original, SWISS only and radium. The dial is evenly aged and patinated with color change. Original sword hands. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Caseback is original, stamped 6605 and II.59 inside.
Watch winds smoothly and runs fine.
No box or papers.
