Up for grabs is a Rolex DateJust in 18kt yellow gold

Reference 6605 with cali. 1065 movement, 36mm case.

474,XXX serial number circa 1959 production

Excellent vintage condition case for its age with clear numbers in between the lugs.

Dial is original, matte white with radium and spear-head shaped indexes. Co-signed Serpico Y Laino. Plenty of patina, but no relume, no refinish, no scratches. Original dauphine hands.

Original and correct 6605 fluted bezel.

Caseback is original, stamped 18kt and 6605 inside. Outside is personalized as a gift watch.

Bracelet is original Rolex Jubilee in 18kt gold. Has lots of stretch from use in past almost 60 years. Original big logo clasp with ’59 date stamp.

No box or papers.
