Up for grabs is a Rolex Explorer in steel
5504 reference, 36mm case
453,XXX serial number circa 1959 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick lugs. No corrosion or pitting. Serial and reference numbers show wear from bracelet, but still recognizable and visible.
Dial is original, chapter ring gilt in fair condition. No refinish. Dial does not react with Geiger Counter and is evidently relumed in past.
Caseback is original, stamped 5504 and III.59 inside.
The dial shows up slightly brown in the sun.
No box or papers.
