1959 Rolex Submariner 5508 NCG Flawless Glossy Dial

5508 reference with no crown guards

4903XX serial number circa late 1959 production

Excellent vintage condition case. Thick and even lugs. Original bevels throughout. No corrosion. Serial and reference numbers are intact and readable. 

Superb gilt, glossy Exclamation dial. Mirror gloss. No matting, no spotting, no chipping, no scratching, no chipping or luminous. Chapter ring with silver depth rating and gilt print. Matching tritium hands. As close to flawless as you can get. 

Bezel is excellent condition “Long 5”. Original metal bezel in excellent condition. 

Caseback is excellent. Stamped 5508 and III.59

The 1530 movement is original with butterfly rotor. 

Bracelet is Rolex C&I stamped ’69

Watch has been serviced by ABC watchwerks this year and will come with $700 service receipt. They did not do any refinishing or polishing of case.
