Up for grabs is a Rolex Day-Date in 18kt yellow gold

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and sharp lugs. Some patina one the gold. Fully legible numbers.

Very attractive glossy black dial with gilt print. “Swiss only” non-luminous with non-luminous original early sword shaped hands. This variant is also called “door stopper” do to the shape of the 6 and 9 o’clock markers. There is a drag mark visible from an angle around base of hands.

The bracelet is original, showing similar to patina on the gold as the case, Japanese made for Rolex. Excellent condition for its age.

No box or papers. The watch winds and runs. Shows +2 seconds at ~270 amplitude.
