Up for grabs is a Rolex GMT-Master in steel
1675 reference
1.29 mil serial number circa 1965 production
Excellent vintage condition case has previously been polished, without corrosion or pitting. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
Dial is original and very glossy. The lume is original with greenish tint of patina and still glows in dark briefly after being exposed to light. This is period correct and original. Hands are original, with mini-GMT and matching in patina. No relume and no refinish. Dial is in overall excellent condition with mirror lacquer condition, but there is a tool mark by base of hands. This is visible under certain angle up close, but still very attractive on your wrist.
Date disk is original with open 6’s and 9’s.
Bezel insert is original, fat font with red colored backside. Very attractive fades without any major damage.
Caseback is original, stamped 1675 and II.65 inside.
Watch comes on unworn vintage leather strap with steel buckle.
No box or papers. No documented service history.
