Up for grabs is an IWC Ultra Thin
This is a 33mm, manual wind caliber 171 model. There have only been 2100 watches made between 1967-1973 using this movement and then retired. These are scarce, and the ones you do find are usually in yellow gold or have the integrated mesh bracelet, without lugs on case.
This particular on is done in 18kt white gold with silver dial which features very attractive blue accents. The markers, font and hands are all blue’d.
Caseback is a screw-in type, marked with serial number and gold hallmarks inside.
The watch winds smoothly and runs. The movement is in excellent physical condition as seen in pictures.
No box or papers. No documented service history. The strap and buckle are both aftermarket.
