Up for grabs is an Omega Speedmaster Professional
reference 145.012 with Cal. 321 movement.
265436XX serial number circa 1968 production
Excellent vintage condition case with brushed sides and sharp edges on lugs. No corrosion or pitting.
Dial is original, step with Applied logo. Very nice patina on plots. The dial is very dark brown, but I will not call it tropical or add any premium to price. The hands are original and also tritium with matching patina. No relume, no refinish, no repaint.
Bezel is original DON in nice condition. It is clearly has aged to a brown tint.
Original pushers with skinny logo winding crown.
Crystal is original with skinny logo in center.
Caseback is original. There is a personalized engraving on outside dated Christmas 1968. Inside is correctly stamped 145.012-67 inside.
The bracelet is not commonly seen on Speedy Pro, but the watch watch found with it on, so it stays on for the sale. It is an Omega reference 1069 with 47 end-links. There is not date on clasp, but its stamped “II” for some type of code on one of the blades.
There is no service history. The watch winds very smoothly, the movement physically looks clean, the chrono runs, stops and resets. No hour totalizer creep.
No box or papers.
