Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner
Ref 5513
2.70 serial number circa 1970 production
The watch is sold as a “beater” or a project for someone.
Original high dome crystal is scratched, but doesn’t show cracks.
Original dial has spotting, some damage on edge by 9 and darker patina on some of the plots vs others.
Bezel insert is thin front service with tritium pearl.
Caseback is original, stamped 5513 and dated in 1970.
Bracelet is a 9315 folded link with one “380” and one “80” endlink. The clasp is service replaced stamped 93150.
The watch runs and winds, but probably can use a service.
