Excellent vintage condition without any major dings or dents. No corrosion or pitting.

Dial is original, Step; damage free. Hands were replaced during service in 2022 by Omega.

Bezel is original, DNN “220” in excellent condition. This is a very rare bezel only made for about a year between DON and normal DNN

Original hesalite Omega crystal with Omega logo in center.

Caseback is original, with clear Hippocampus engraving on outside, correctly stamped 145.022-69 inside.

The watch comes on unworn leather strap with steel buckle.

Watch comes with Omega service box and service card from Omega service center in Japan from 2022.
