Good vintage condition case has been polished in past.
Dial is in excellent vintage condition, step, tritium. Good patina on plots. Hands appear original with aged tritium. The chrono sweep hand was replaced at some point, but the minute and hour hand are probably original.
Crystal is original Omega hesalite with logo in center.
Bezel is in very good vintage condition with minor signs of wear. Nice “ghost” gray fade from age.
Caseback stamped 145.022-69 inside as should. Outside is clearly engraved.
Watch comes on vintage 1171 bracelet with 633.
Watch winds smoothly, runs, chrono runs and resets back to zero as should. Service history is not known.
No box or other accessories.
