Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner in steel
5513 reference
2.7 mil serial number circa 1970 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Case has been refinished by LA Watchworks and chamfers redefined. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
Dial is original, very attractive serif with yellow cream patina on plots and matching hands. Domed crystal is damage free.
Nice bezel insert with serif font
Caseback is original, stamped 5513 and II.70 inside.
Bracelet is a Rolex 93150 with 11 links, 580 ends, patented stamped diver’s extension and moderate stretch from use.
No box or papers. No documented service history.
