Up for grabs is a Tudor Submariner Date

Reference 7021/0, first generation of Sub Date and blue Snowlakes

760,XXX serial number circa late 1970 production

Excellent vintage condition case with even lugs and crown guards. Numbers are clearly visible.

Dial is original with nice orange patina on plots. As usual on these, the dial shows aging in form of “bubbling” of paint. There are a couple chips on edge of dial at 8:30 and 2:30. These are disclosed and shown with macro pictures, but are hard to notice on your wrist if you think about the position of them. Hands are original and tritium.

Date disk is original black and red alternating date “roulette”.

Bezel insert is original blue with tritium pearl and fat font

Caseback is original, stamped VI.70 inside.

The watch was found on Jubilee Rolex bracelet made by Joske’s for the Mexican market. It is correctly stamped with Joske’s and Rolex names and signed “Hecho En Mexico”.

No box or papers.
