Excellent vintage condition case is free or any major dings or dents. Very sharp edges. No corrosion or pitting.

Dial is in excellent vintage condition, step, tritium. Good patina on plots. Hands have been replaced during service at Omega in 2015.

Crystal is original Omega hesalite with logo in center.

Bezel is in excellent vintage condition with nice faded color.

Caseback stamped 145.022-69 inside as should.

Watch comes on unworn vintage leather strap.

Watch winds smoothly, runs, chrono runs and resets back to zero as should. This watch has been serviced by Omega in 2015. No receipt was included.
