Up for grabs is a Rolex GMT-Master in steel and 14kt yellow gold
3.4 mil serial number circa 1972 production.
Superb condition case is nearly unpolished with clearly original chamfers on lugs. The serial and reference numbers are very clear and fully intact with no “bracelet wear” seen over the numbers. Original sharp crown guards.
Dial is original, “rail” in flawless condition with nice cream patina on plots and original tritium hands. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Caseback is original, clearly unpolished on outside. Inside is stamped 1675 and II.72.
Bezel insert is flawless, no scratches and no heavy fading. Original with fat font.
Bracelet is original Rolex 6265 folding jubilee link in best condition I’ve ever had and still “tight” in comparison to most. Stamped ’72 and has correct 250 J end-links.
No box or papers. No documented service history.
