Up for grabs is a Rolex DateJust in steel
1603 reference, 36mm, automatic
3.7 mil serial number circa 1973 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick, sharp and even lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
The smooth bezel is steel, the first pictures shows a reflection which makes it look like gold, but if you examine all the picture you can clearly see its steel.
Dial is original, gorgeous matte black pie-pan with yellow patina on plots. No damage on dial, all plots intact. Date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Caseback is original, stamped 1603 inside.
Bracelet is a Rolex 1603 Jubilee in excellent vintage condition, moderate/light stretch from use, D date code.
No box or papers. No documented service history. Watch winds smoothly and keeps time at COSC specs.
