Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner in steel
1680 reference
3.8 mil serial number circa 1973 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs sand crown guards. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
Dial is a fantastic MK6 red in excellent condition. Nice heavy cream/yellow patina on plots and hands. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Bezel is period correct, nicely faded with tritium pearl.
Crystal is a genuine Rolex T39 without cyclops, which looks great on this piece.
Caseback is original and correct, stamped 1680 inside
Bracelet is a Rolex USA C&I rivet with ’75 date, 11 links, moderate wear from use and age.
No box or papers.
