Up for grabs is a vintage Heuer Autavia GMT
741.603 reference, manual wind caliber 7741
297,XXX serial number circa 1974 production
This is a rather seldom seen reference and also the only manual wind GMT with 1163 type case.
The case is in excellent vintage condition. There is no pitting, corrosion or else. Serial and reference numbers are intact and visible.
Original signed Heuer winding crown and original beveled pushers.
Dial is in excellent condition and has no damage or uneven wear. Tritium has aged to a nice color of patina. Date disk is original. Hands are original and tritium, also show to be in excellent condition.
Bezel is original, in excellent vintage condition, still retains its tritium “pearl” and vivid colors with slight fade.
Caseback is original, corrosion and damage free.
Watch winds smoothly, runs, chrono runs and resets. There is no known service history.
