1975 Audemars Piguet ref. 5402 Royal Oak Tropical Brown Dial “B” Series

Up for grabs is an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak

Reference 5402 

B series with serial number of movement matching to 1975 production year. 

Excellent vintage condition watch in excellent condition with factory finishes appears to be unpolished. 

Dial is perfect, clearly tropical brown throughout with nice patina on plots and hands. No relume, no refinish, no damage. 

Bracelet is tight and crisp without any heavy signs of wear. 

Caseback is crisp with factory finishes and clearly stamped numbers. 

Watch has been to AP for service in 2014 with a total of $4300 in service charges. AP was instructed not to polish watch and not to replace dial/hands of the watch. Some movement parts were replaced as per receipts and it was probably the first and only time this watch has been serviced based on preserved condition of the outside. A certificate of authenticity was also issued during the service is included. You will receive the service box, all paperwork and receipts and AP certificate of authenticity with it.
