1976 Tudor Monte Carlo ref. 7159/0 “Gray Dial, Steel Bezel”

Up for grabs is a Tudor Chronograph Monte-Carlo

Reference 7159/0 with steel bezel

843,XXX serial number circa 1976 production

Very good vintage condition case with thick lugs and crown guards. Numbers between the lugs are fully legible.

Dial is original, gray. There are no scratches or peeling on the dial, but the 10, 2, and 7 o’clock hour markers’s lume is damaged/missing. The house and minute hands appear to be original. The chrono sweep hand has been replaced wtih aftermarket white one.

Bezel is in nice vintage condition and original.

Bracelet is a Rolex USA C&I Rivet date in ’78.

The watch was found and comes with Tudor boxes, manual and wallet. No papers. No service history. The watch shows -5 seconds with ~280 amplitude on timegrapher.
