Up for grabs is a Rolex Day-Date in 18kt yellow gold
1803 reference
5.1 mil serial number circa 1977 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
Dial is original, pie-pan and very attractive slate or gunmetal gray sunburst with Arabic minute tract and nicely patina’d tritium plots. The dial shows more brown in the sun with gray tone as seen in pics. Italian Day disk and correct open 6’s and 9’s date disk.
Caseback is original, stamped 1803 with hallmarks inside.
Watch comes on vintage leather strap, unworn.
