399220XX serial number circa 1979 production
Excellent condition case without dings, dents, or deep scratches. No corrosion on case. Sharp and defined edges and lugs.
Excellent original tritium dial. No damage, scratches, or uneven aging. Nice patina on dial and original hands.
Caseback is excellent with crisp engraving stamped 145.022 – 76 inside.
Bracelet is Omega 1171 with 633 ends and fully linked to fit large wrist. Bracelet shows typical stretch.
Watch comes with original Omega boxes, manual, polishing cloth and the most important part: the original printed hang tag with serial number. I believe this piece to be even more important that warranty papers (which are usually handwritten) and shows better tie and originality to the watch being printed from factory with serial number. No warranty booklet included.
Original hesalite crystal with Omega logo in center.
Original and period correct bezel.
Watch winds smoothly, runs at +4 seconds per day, chrono runs, stops, and resets properly.
