Up for grabs is a Rolex GMT-Master in steel and gold
16753 reference quick-set date
6.2 mil serial number circa 1979 production. The first year of production for this reference.
Excellent vintage condition case without major dings or dents. Thick and even lugs. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible.
The dial is black, glossy, nipple with applied Rolex crown. It could possibly be original to the watch because of very early production and transition from 1675, but traditionally applied logo dial should be on 1675 reference. Hands are service replacement, luminova.
Caseback is original, stamped 16750 inside as it should be.
Watch comes on unworn vintage leather strap.
No box or papers. No documented service history.
