Up for grabs is a Rolex Sea-Dweller

Reference 1665 made for COMEX

Only 300 of these were issued with much lower number than this known/discovered today.

6.2 mil serial number circa 1979 production

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Clear numbers between the lugs. No corrosion or pitting.

Superb first version of COMEX 1665 dial with “600m” instead of “610m” as later/service dials were. Nice patina, damage-free, no relume, no refinish. Tritium original hands.

Original faded bezel insert

Caseback is in excellent shape. Version 2 of caseback with matching serial number stamped inside.

Bracelet is a Rolex 93150 with correct 585 ends in good condition.

Watch comes with some paperwork from RSC Singapore with matching serial number to the watch. No service was performed, but twas sent in for pressure test check and verification of authenticity.
