Up for grabs is a Rolex Sea-Dweller
reference 1665 “Great White”
6.1 mil serial number circa 1979 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs and crown guards. Numbers are clear between the lugs.
Dial is original, MK1 in flawless condition. Nice cream patina on plots and hands. No chips, scratches, drag marks, etc. No relume and no refinish. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
High dome crystal appears original
Very nice and attractive fat font insert
Bracelet is original Rolex 93150 with correct 585 ends, tight condition, proper date code.
Watch comes complete with Rolex boxes with “1665” sticker on outside, Rolex calendar from 1981 (the year watch was purchased new), punched papers with AD stamp and date, original Sea-Dweller anchor and wallet.
