Up for grabs is a Tudor Submariner Date
94110 reference with quickset date
915,XXX serial number circa 1979 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick lugs and original chamfers and finishes. Serial and reference numbers are intact. No corrosion or pitting.
Dial is original black Snowflake with coffee/cream (beige) patina. Hands are original, must had lume missing and cracked when found, so they were relumed with non-glowing lume to match the dial.
Bezel insert is period correct fat font.
Caseback is original, appears to have original finish on it.
Bracelet is a Rolex 9315 with 12 links, “patented” diver’s extension and correct end-links.
No box or papers. No documented service history. While the watch went out to get hands matched, a new non-cyclops crystal and new gaskets were installed.
