Up for grabs is a Rolex GMT-Master in steel and gold
16753 reference
6.7 mil serial number circa 1980 production
Very good vintage condition case without any major dings or dents. Thick and even lugs and crown guards. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact.
Dial is in excellent vintage condition, correct early execution without “Date” after “Oyster Perpetual” black nipple with nice patina on plots. Please excuse any blemishes on crystal, the dial is damage free. Hands are lighter in patina. Original date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.
Original fat font and serif insert is correct and these early execution models. Excellent vintage condition.
Caseback is original, stamped correctly 16750 inside. It shows some corrosion on outer edge.
The watch comes on unworn vintage leather strap with steel buckle.
The watch received new gaskets, new OEM crystal and passed pressure test.
No box or papers. Watch winds a bit heavy, but runs very well at +2 seconds per day.
