1981 Tudor Submariner Date ref. 94110 Blue Snowflake

Up for grabs is a Tudor Submariner

Reference 94110 with blue dial and bezel. The so-called Snowflake

964,XXX serial number circa 1981.

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs and crown guards. Clear numbers. Original caseback. The lugs still retain its original chamfers.

This watch was found from its original owner and is presented exactly as found. The dial is original with very attractive patina. The hands are original. The hour hand’s lume is fractured as many of these have, but I am leaving it up to next owner to decide to keep it like this or go ahead and have it relumed. There is also some paint degradation on edge of dial between 10 and 11. It is shown under macro pictures and disclosed here, but obviously won’t be much noticeable for your naked eye and on the wrist.

Very nice and original blue bezel insert.

Original Rolex crown.

The bracelet is a 9315 with 380 ends, correct G date code, and Tudor outer clasp.
