1982 Rolex Day-Date OysterQuartz ref. 19018 “Lemon Dial”

Up for grabs is a Rolex Day-Date in 18kt yellow gold

Reference 19018 with 36mm case, OysterQuartz

7.51 serial number circa 1982 production

Excellent vintage condition case retains its original chamfers and correct horizontal brushed finish. The case numbers and hallmarks are fully legible and crisp.

This is a rare opportunity to get one of these in such condition. Most you will see are either completely missing the bevels on the case from polishing or improperly refinished with vertical polishing.

The dial is original, yellow “lemon” with applied Roman Numerals and fully intact tritium plots and hands. Correct date disk with open 6’s and 9’s.

The bracelet is in excellent condition, tight for its age and has 8 screws, fitting a large man’s wrist easily.

No box or papers. The watch runs and functions fine.
